ALL DOGS ARE WELCOME!

Your dog doesn’t need to be a purebred to participate in AKC Programs! Mixed-breed dogs can also earn prestigious American Kennel Club (AKC) titles and show off their accomplishments!

All AKC classes are taught by a certified AKC Evaluator, and we offer classes and testing at each level of the AKC Canine Good Citizen program. If you are interested in scheduling a CGC test, give us a call or submit a request using our contact page

AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy: A great place to start for puppies under 1 year old! Focuses on building positive behaviors, socialization, and preparing pups for the Canine Good Citizen

AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC): The foundation level of the CGC program! CGC Is a  great way to kick off your training regimen. This program encourages responsible pet ownership and rewards dogs with good manners.

AKC Community Canine (CGCA): The level after CGC, the CGCA program is all about ensuring you have a well-behaved dog while you’re out and about in the community.

The dog must already have a CGC certificate.

AKC Urban Canine Good Citizen (CGCU): Another step beyond the basic CGC, the AKC Urban CGC title, tests your CGC skills in an active city or town setting.

AKC Trick Dog: A fun way to interact and had have fun with your dog no matter what breed, age, shape or size.  
 
If you and your dog love to show off their arsenal of tricks, you may be perfectly primed to earn AKC Trick Dog titles! Although it helps to have a CGC title on file, it is not required!
